1. Return Request

2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Return charges are borne by the customer.
3. Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact. Custom or personalized products are non-returnable.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated once the returned parcel is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
